I noticed the throttle control on my 2910 seems a bit stiff and sticky. I have tried to spray lubricant at every pivot point, but that does not seem to help. Would anyone here know if there an adjustment on the engine throttle block that can be loosened a bit? Thanks.

Hey Cutter, is it more stiff than on your TC29? The hand throttle on my TC is impossible to move by simple pressure; I have to bump it with the heel of my hand. Extra lubrication hasn't helped. Or are you talking about the foot throttle?

It is stiffer than that of the tc. It is not a smooth increase or decrease but a jump of several hundred rpm. ....

I had the same problem on my L3710, I sprayed it with silicone and worked the throttle back and forth 20-30 times and shot some more silicone on it while I pushed and pulled it from stop to stop, (of course the engine was off.....). This improved things for me. ....

Cutter there is a friction disc on your linkage that could be loosened to give you easier movement. It is located under your dashboard. The nut will only need to be loosened a little, otherwise a little penetrating oil might help. ....

A guy I know greased that disc on his MF because he thought it was a bit hard to operate. Needless to say, that was the wrong thing to do, the throttle wouuldn't hold position after that. We had to completely disasemble the unit and clean it, then adjust it to get it working. ....

Thank you Art. By the way, I read the oil filter test website. It is nice to know the Kubota OEM oil filters are of good quality and actually cost less than some after market brands. ....
